The towering apartment build that is New Victoria located adjacent to the Manchester Victoria railway station with distinctive balconies providing a unique view of the city skyline. The project is progressing well with the concrete frame now reaching the upper floor levels.

Stockport County FC – Hospitality Lounges and Public Realms

Futureserv Ltd were appointed to complete a technical design for the full refurbishment of the hospitality lounges and adjacent public areas.

Futureserv have been appointed to carry out the MEP design for a new PRS development in Nottingham working with Graham Construction.

Unlike many Building Service Consultancies, Futureserv has a dedicated Public Health team. Our team was established 7 years ago, now with 5 dedicated Public Health Engineers with over 35 years’ experience both on site and in a design environment, which are spread over our 3 flag ship offices.  

Futureserv have been appointed to develop the MEP design for a new Pupil Referral Unit, Community Hub and refurbishment + extension of existing the existing buildings at Plas Derwyn & Queensferry CP Primary School.

Futureserv have commenced the MEP design for Vita’s latest student residential development in Coventry, working with Fuse Architects to help create this highly distinctive, energy efficient building located just within the city centre ring road.

Q1 has been busy with all three Futureserv offices picking up new work including taking a 30 storey mixed use development in Birmingham through to RIBA Stage 4, and developing the RIBA Stage 3 for over half a million square foot of new build offices in Leeds and London together with several new student accommodation projects in Manchester, Lancaster, Sheffield, Birmingham, Canterbury and Lincoln.

Fit-out is now complete of the 67,000 sqft, commercial office development at Central Square for Link Group located in city centre Leeds.

Works progressing well on site at Snowhill Wharf with 3 tower cranes erected assisting in the construction of 420 apartments, located next to the Birmingham & Fazeley Canal in the heart of Birmingham city centre.

Strip of out of one of the Northern Quarters most recognisable buildings located within Stevenson Square has now commenced on site.

Work has now completed on the refurbishment of the iconic Hanover House in city centre Manchester. The 8 storey, 180,000ft2 landmark building was fully restored after lying empty for a period.

Centrica have celebrated the completion of their 49MW battery storage facility in Rooscote Cumbria. Futureserv were engaged for this challenging project to develop the MEP solutions from Concept through to Technical Design.

The project involves the redevelopment of the existing GlaxoSmithKline factory site at Greenford into a mixed-use residential scheme. The project comprises the demolition and replacement of the existing buildings – with the exception of the main entrance building, Glaxo House, which has a listed status and will be refurbished as part of the development.

It has been a challenging couple of days in the capital for the Futureserv team surveying multiple properties located across central London.
