February 2019 - Manchester’s iconic Hanover House restored to its former glory
Careful coordination of the building services and extensive modelling of lighting solutions were employed to enhance the heritage features and contemporary Architectural additions. Mechanical cooling load was satisfied by the implementation of wet cooling towers and discreetly located downflow ventilation units. Zoning of services was integrated into the design to allow full flexibility for prospective tenants.
After carrying out the RIBA Stage 5 MEP design of the Cat A services, Futureserv are about to commence design of the Cat B fitout additions to meet the requirements of the high-profile tenants who will soon occupy the building.
