A new two-storey 1600 m2 SEN facility, with eight classrooms will also be built. Plas Derwen has been designed for up to 97 children aged 4-16 years and will help cater for those with particular educational needs. Futureserv will be developing the full Technical Design of the Building Services solutions for the new and remodelled buildings and also the design of adoptable lighting around the site. In addition Futureserv will be responsible for the development of the projects Low Zero Carbon (LZC) report and carrying out overheating modelling.
