Futureserv were appointed to develop the MEP design for both residential towers with the first structure D2 comprising of 55no levels set above 2no basement carpark levels also containing the main mechanical plant areas. Futureserv also were responsible for carrying out the Part O overheating assessment and determining the optimum solution for compliance by dynamically modelled by the buildings using their ‘in-house’ Building Physics team.

Directly adjacent to D2, construction has now commenced on the second tower on the plot (D1) which is even taller at 60 stories with two subterranean basement levels.
