November 2023 – Spindles Workspace, Oldham

The project includes complete refurbishment to form circa 9000m2 Cat A office space with meeting rooms, hubs and break-out space which will be occupied by Oldham Council. Futureserv developed the MEP design through to a Construction level of detail using 3D Revit to ensure that the exposed MEP systems are well coordinated to create an aesthetically pleasing, working environment for the staff.
