The scheme includes basement car parking, gym, sauna/steam room, cinema and residents lounge, along with three landscaped podium gardens. Futureserv were appointed to carry out the Technical MEP design of all buildings and also Part L & Part O assessments, and were retained to monitor the works during construction.
